Part 2: A Binary Choice - Prologue
Cutscene plays. Max is grounded on his desk.
A cop tells you to go to your desk to write a report. You can explore the police station and find some interesting stuff not related to the main plot if you wish.
Use the computer on Max's desk.
A cutscene plays.
Get inside the interrogation lineup room.
Wait for detective Winterson to finish her questioning of a witness.
You can ask the witness some questions aswell.
When you get out a cutscene plays. Winterson seems to be leaking information to someone outside the police.
Time to go down to the lockup and talk to Mona. Get through the double door and get down the stairs.
Enter the lockup, just under the stairs.
Press the button and wait for the door to open. Then go to your left.
In the last cell to your right you will find Mona.
A cutscene plays. Mona is concerned about her safety in jail. She tells you to call Alfred Woden.
Get back to the main lockup room. You can use the phone on the desk if you want to, but it's not needed for the story to progress.
After a few seconds a cutscene will play. A bomb has exploded on the upper floors of the police station. Max realises it's a diversion.
Get a pistol and painkillers from the locker. Cleaners have attacked the station, looking for Mona.
When you kill the first three cleaners go to the end of the corridor and enter the green door.
More cleaners are waiting for you outside.
The last batch of enemies will arrive in a black van. When you fight them off go to your left to exit the police station.
A cutscene plays. Vlad is waiting for you.
